These systems can be configured to research, write, and organize projects entirely in the background. ClickUp, for example, offers workspace agents it calls Super Agents, that operate with little to no manual triggering from the user. Notion takes a similar approach by embedding AI directly into existing workflows, letting users select specific models for different tasks and set up multiple custom agents configured for distinct administrative functions — although Notion’s Custom Agents are still rolling out.
