第四十三条 在自然保护区区域内开展本条例第二十六条、第二十七条、第二十八条规定的活动，未采取必要措施避免或者减少对自然生态系统、生态廊道、重要栖息地以及自然和人文景观的不利影响的，由县级以上人民政府林业草原、自然资源、生态环境、水行政、农业农村等有关部门按照职责分工责令改正，可以处10万元以下的罚款；造成生态破坏的，责令限期修复或者采取其他补救措施，相关活动在核心保护区开展的，处10万元以上50万元以下的罚款，在一般控制区开展的，处5万元以上20万元以下的罚款。
